You know I read your old script awhile ago, but it didn't strike me until I read this how many similarities there are between Wally and Cassidy from Preacher. He's still one of the best characters you've come up with though.

yeah. the character very much began as a complete (though gay) cassidy rip off. though if you stick through achin' to be (which no one is reading, i guess) you'll find that the character has gone in a very different direction.
